What cookies are

Our approach
We have deliberately built our pages so that no tracking cookies are placed on your device when you arrive.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share your browsing behaviour with advertising networks.
Our website analytics do not use cookies at all and do not identify you as an individual.
The only cookies that can be set are the strictly necessary ones listed below, and cookies set by a video provider if you actively choose to play a video.

Analytics
We measure how our pages are used so that we can improve them.
Our analytics provider does not set cookies, does not store identifiers on your device, and does not attempt to fingerprint your browser or device. It counts page views and referral sources in aggregate, and cannot identify you.
Because no information is stored on or read from your device, this does not require your consent.
Video
Some of our pages contain videos hosted by YouTube and Wistia.
These videos do not load when you open the page. We show a still image instead, and the video provider is only contacted if you click to play.
If you choose to play a video, the provider may set its own cookies at that point. Playing a video is your choice, and you can read the page in full without doing so.
We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which reduces what YouTube records.
Cookies set by other people
We do not control cookies set by third-party websites you reach through links from our pages. Their own policies apply.
Managing your choices
Because we do not place non-essential cookies on arrival, there is nothing to opt out of when you land on our pages.
If you want to remove cookies that have already been stored, or block cookies in general, you can do this through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the website, including our forms, from working.
